For the 3rd time sweets factory, we will try this tart. We cannot ignore this when trying making a tart! There will be LOTS OF seasonal Shizuoka strawberry "Beni Hoppe" Referring to the Recipe of Le Cordon Bleu, let us make the traditional tart!! It is supposed to be like above... (but Again??) Well, Let's see how it goes |

| Knead butter. |
As the temperature in the room is low, let the butter melt with a hand. | Knead it again on a table. |

| Mold is done. Chill it in a fridge. |
While waiting, make creme d'almond. |
Stretch the chilled dough. |

| Put the tart in a mold, trim away the excess dough. |
Make little holes on the bottom. (looks very professional!!) |
Put the creme d'almond in it and put it in the Oven. |

![]() It's done! This is the BEST cake we have ever tried so far. The taste is... It was perfect with the alcohol in the jam and tart!! It was very delicious. But, Mr. Katakura said... |
